I would like to thank Patti for the help she provided in my case. When I contacted the Travelation telephone service, she took care of me and the issue I had with the flight purchase. She was one of the nicest and most patient telephone operators I have ever spoken to. Not only was Patti exceptionally nice, she tried many solutions to my situation - she arranged a conference call with the airline, to make an example. It was refreshing to realize that being an online customer - a customer in fact - there was someone who really cared to take good care of me and would work their hardest to solve the problem. Patti listened to me and understood my frustration and questions. I can only wish that every time I call a company to make business with, I receive quality phone service which Patti provides.
