I am writing to tell you about my very satisfying encounter with one of your employees, Carolyn Price. I was embroiled in a very complicated and frustrating procedure – which would take several pages to describe – involving changes to international tickets.
For no fault of hers or your company’s, we were unable to deal successfully with the airline involved during a three-day discussion with numerous airline personnel. During the entire procedure, Carolyn maintained her cool with people who were at times extremely rude and difficult. She was persistent, creative in finding a solution, and extremely pleasant to work with. I was delighted to have someone who was clearly intelligent and diligent working on my behalf.
Carolyn perserved, and eventually found a solution which transcended personality obstacles, computer roadblocks and bureaucratic snaffoos. Throughout, she even maintained a delightful sense of humor. I was truly impressed with her.

My name is Najjam i recently booked a ticket through your phone support service Heather actually helped me through all the bookings.
I work in PwC and i frequently travel doing bookings on-line through AMEX, ATCO etc and most of the time the customer service representatives seem short of time but in case of Heather she took all the time to explain all the things to me book and ticket everything for me and by far i really would have to say this off all the airline reservation customer representative i have come across Heather was the most helpful of them all and i guess if i would have tried booking on-line i would have been disappointed and because of Heather only you earned a new customer for present and future as well and i am sure to pass the service of your customer support to my colleges and friend as well because of Heather.

I would like to bring to your attention the fantastic customer service provided to me by Tony on your staff. I had a major issue that was complicated with a hold on my account even though funds were available and prevented the final transaction of an airfare order for my family of 4 for our Christmas vacation. I was treated with personable, professional and friendly responsive service by Tony. Essentially, he hustled to get the complication resolved with his swift interaction with my bank, Visa and me the customer. His promise to call me back promptly after working with all entities was, I admit, received with skepticism on my part; all customer service staff's promises are usually broken was my experiences. However, true to his word, Tony did indeed come through for me. He pulled it all together and, in our family's eyes, is an angel sent down from heaven to deliver our Christmas week present. You should be very proud of him; I wou ld be. Just to let you know, I am on the Governor's staff in Maryland but Tony, not knowing this, treated me like a king as I'm sure he would anyone. I can't tell you how impressed I am. Tony is an absolute gem! Congratulations to you. Because of Tony, I would come back happily as a customer to Travel support. And, God bless you, Tony.

Hi there. I would like this message to go to April and Patty’s supervisors. I did as requested and called in. Even though I lost my connection right after reaching April, I called back and Patty assisted and joked with me while I was on hold for April. What a breath of fresh air to have some fun instead of someone reading me a script. Thanks to Patty…you DO have a sense of humor.
April was INCREDIBLE. She not only was able to comply with all of the various requests I have, she was friendly, professional and most importantly informative. She gave me all the options available to me, and worked to get me the credits I would get for canceling the flight instead of just canceling and letting it be. Throughout the whole call I felt as if I was speaking to an actual person, which makes all the difference in the world. Its hard to make people understand that for some reason. I genuinely appreciate all her help and most importantly her personable nature.
Thanks again for all the help and fun times on a weekend.

Amy did a great job helping us arrange a return flight from Singapore to Toronto. We booked a flight online and then realized we needed paper tickets which couldn't be delivered in time. Amy was able to find us an alternate flight which only required electronic tickets, and saved us some money as well. I didn't expect such courteous, helpful service. It's staff like her who keep clients coming back with more business.

Please accept our sincerest appreciation for going “the extra mile” for my wife and me.
I was very pleased to have found a very good fare on your website for my wife to visit her elderly mother in New Zealand. Apparently, I messed up and switched her first and last names when I made the reservation. We duly received the confirmation via e-mail and failed to notice the “/” in JENNIFER/AKINA.
When we realized the problem and the significance of it, we were quite panicked understanding that my error rendered the non-refundable tickets unusable. We spent several anxious, knots-in-stomachs days trying to figure out how to get Jenny to Dunedin. After several calls to your office and Air New Zealand, I got a hold of Cindy Taylor. Though I am sure Cindy has to deal with distraught and upset customers all day long, she was patient, courteous and helpful. She made a call to Air New Zealand and found a way to help us out.
Thousands of thanks and kudos to Cindy Taylor. Please take good care of her. Be assured that I will be extra careful making reservations in the future, but if I have any problems, I hope that I can get Cindy on the line to help me out.
